CRYSTAL-CLEAR WATER - ALL THE TIME
Coleman Spas® by MAAX™ are fitted with a highly effective water purification system. The water is drawn in via the upper skimmer as well as at a point located near the feet. First of all, the water passes via the skimmer through the First Filter™, a fine-meshed strainer that captures the bulk of the contaminants. Then it goes through a larger filter element. Both the First Filter™ and the larger filter element can easily be removed for cleaning purposes. The purified water then arrives at the Powerworks® filter pump, wich ensures that all the water in your spa runs through the filter cycle 4 to 6 times every hour. Powerworks� with M7-Technology

There are a good few spa manufacturers who claim that optimum insulation is achieved by injecting foam into the spaces underneath the hot tub. Experts know that there are better methods available. Thermo Lock™ IV is one such alternative. It starts with a shell section constructed of tightly fitting panels. These panels are then equipped with a special 3 cm thick layer of polystyrene on the inside. This prevents cold air from outside getting into the spa. The unique sub-structure made of ABS plastic also combats cold and dirt from the ground. A layer of insulating foam is sprayed on the underside of your hot tub prior to installation. This retains the heat inside the spa and also reinforces the tub. The ABS plastic sub-structure is also fitted with high-density insulation. Finally, all the sides plus the floor are treated from the inside out with another patented Reflectix® insulation layer, which keeps heat inside the spa (originating from the pumps and other equipment). This provides an extremely efficient way of dealing with all the energy that is used, and all available heat is conducted back into the water.
